Aramco seeks a highly skilled Manufacturing Performance Expert to join Global Manufacturing Excellence, Saudi Aramco’s Center of Excellence for the global downstream portfolio.

Your primary role is to enhance downstream assets’ overall performance by coordinating with asset teams, collecting and analyzing manufacturing and financial data, and providing strategic recommendations to improve long-term performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10 years asset management or related role in downstream oil & gas.
• Experience with benchmarking and performance frameworks (Solomon RAM).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as central contact for asset teams coordinating with GME.
• Design methods to collect and analyze asset performance data.
• Build relations with asset teams across Downstream assets.
• Coordinate information requests and site visits.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
• Prepare presentations to communicate programs to leadership.
• Benchmark performance against industry leaders.
