Job summary

Aramco is seeking a Process Engineer with extensive hands-on expertise in Utilities processes to join the Operation Engineering Solutions Department. The role focuses on monitoring, optimizing, and driving performance improvements for Utilities across global facilities, including remote advisory support and benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years total Utilities experience with at least 10 years in refinery utilities.
• Experience in water desalination and boilers for steam generation.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills for Utilities performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular performance reviews of Utilities using KPIs.
• Develop quarterly benchmarking reports with actionable improvement recommendations.
• Provide hands-on support for performance improvement initiatives and close gaps.
• Lead benchmarking and best-practices exchanges among GM facilities.
• Deliver remote and field advisory support including process design and testing.
• Provide detailed service reports highlighting actions, results and lessons learned.
• Collaborate to identify cost optimizations and practical improvements.
• Coordinate Global Manufacturing Utilities programs across facilities.
• Support capital investments and techno-economic evaluations.
