Liebherr seeks a Domain Architect Sales & Customer Services to guide IT-enabled business capabilities across MSCs in a highly international setting. You will assess needs, map transformation priorities, and align demand with enterprise architecture standards.

The role requires collaborating with EAM, solution architects, and business leaders, with up to 20% travel. Madrid-based, hybrid work model with on-site presence required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in business architecture or enterprise architecture in complex international environments.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German or Spanish) are an advantage.
• Experience with LeanIX and architecture governance.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Domain architect for Sales & Customer Services, supporting evolution of IT-enabled business capabilities.
• Analyze business needs and initiatives, providing architectural guidance aligned with standards and priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, points of pain, and transformation priorities.
• Support evaluation of solution options from architectural and business-capability perspectives.
• Ensure alignment between business demand, enterprise architecture principles, and current landscapes.
