Liebherr is seeking a Domain Architect for Enterprise Steering & Business Support Functions in Madrid to drive IT-enabled business capabilities across MSCs. This role operates within a global transformation, balancing business and IT needs and enforcing architecture governance.

The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leaders, translate requirements into roadmaps, and leverage LeanIX for capability mapping and documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, business consulting, or related roles in complex international environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes within Enterprise Steering & Business Support Functions domains.
• Experience translating business needs into architectural recommendations, target capabilities, and transformation roadmaps.
• Ability to work across business and IT organizations, balancing strategic objectives, operational needs, and architectural governance standards.
• Experience in transformation programs or multinational environments with complex application landscapes.
• Familiarity with EAM practices and LeanIX, including business capability mapping and architecture governance.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Domain Architect for the Enterprise Steering & Business Support Functions domain, guiding evolution of IT-enabled business capabilities across MSCs.
• Analyze business needs and initiatives, providing architectural guidance aligned with enterprise standards, target architecture, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and transformation priorities.
• Support the evaluation of business requirements and solution options from a business capability and enterprise architecture perspective.
• Ensure alignment between business demand, enterprise architecture principles, and existing landscapes.
• Work with EAM, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to ensure architectural consistency across initiatives.
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of business capability maps, domain roadmaps, and EA documentation using LeanIX.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to support prioritization of initiatives.
• Promote standardization and harmonization across Enterprise Steering & Business Support Functions processes and solutions.

We are looking for a motivated Domain Architect Enterprise Steering & Business Support Functions (m/f/d) to support the evolution and governance of business capabilities and IT demand across Liebherr’s Mixed Sales and Service Companies (MSCs).

In this role, you will act as the architectural counterpart for the Enterprise Steering & Business Support Functions domain, including business areas such as Finance, Controlling, Human Resources, Enterprise Steering, Reporting & Analytics, and other Business Support Functions. You will support business stakeholders by evaluating solution options, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles, target capabilities, and strategic business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future business architecture of Liebherr’s global operations in a highly international environment.

The working location for this position will be in Madrid city, where we operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site on a weekly basis.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German or Spanish) are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%) as required by project work.
