Job summary

Liebherr is seeking a Domain Architect for Sales & Customer Services to guide the evolution of IT-enabled business capabilities across its MSCs in a highly international setting. You will evaluate options, ensure alignment with enterprise standards, and drive architectural governance.

The role requires collaboration with EAM, Solution Architects, and IT delivery teams, shaping domain roadmaps and capability maps while promoting standardization across processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Domain architect for Sales & Customer Services, supporting the evolution of IT-enabled business capabilities across Liebherr's MSCs.
• Analyze business needs and initiatives providing architectural guidance aligned with enterprise standards and priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and transformation priorities within Sales and Customer Services.
• Support evaluation of solution options from an architectural perspective and ensure alignment with target architecture and capabilities.
• Ensure alignment between business demand, enterprise architecture principles, and existing landscapes.
• Work with EAM, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to ensure consistency across initiatives.
• Contribute to business capability maps, domain roadmaps, and enterprise architecture documentation (LeanIX).
• Facilitate workshops to support prioritization and alignment of initiatives.
• Promote standardization and harmonization across Sales and Customer Services processes and solutions.
