Liebherr Group in Madrid seeks a Domain Architect for Enterprise Steering & Business Support Functions to shape IT-enabled business capabilities across MSCs. You will align initiatives with enterprise architecture principles, governance, and target capabilities while collaborating with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

The role is based in Madrid with a hybrid model (at least 40% on-site weekly) and requires willingness to travel internationally up to 20% when needed for projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in business/enterprise architecture or related roles.
• Experience in complex international environments and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Controlling, HR, and Reporting domains.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Domain Architect for Enterprise Steering & Business Support Functions domain.
• Provide architectural guidance aligned with enterprise standards and target architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into architecture.
• Evaluate requirements and solution options from a business capability perspective.
• Ensure alignment between business demand and architecture principles.
• Work with EAM, Solution Architects, and delivery teams for architectural consistency.
• Contribute to domain roadmaps and EA documentation (LeanIX).
• Facilitate workshops to prioritize initiatives and harmonize processes.
