Zusammenfassung

Liebherr invites an experienced professional to lead its Information Security Architecture team in Madrid. Reporting to the Global CISO, you will define the architecture strategy, governance and guardrails for IT, OT, cloud and product security, embedding Security by Design across initiatives.

You will build partnerships with Enterprise Architecture and security domains, drive risk-based decisions, and mentor the architecture team while advancing regulatory alignment and security standards like

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Proven ability to establish Security by Design, architecture governance, standards and target-state architectures.
• Strong leadership and ability to translate business, risk and regulatory requirements into clear architecture decisions and guardrails.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and security architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and SABSA, and security standards such as NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001 and IEC 62443.
• Professional fluency in English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work.

Aufgaben

• Define how security is embedded across Liebherr’s IT, OT, cloud, data and digital products.
• Own information security architecture strategy, target state, principles and governance.
• Drive Security by Design from idea through operation.
• Lead the Information Security Architecture team and act as enterprise-level security architecture authority.
• Build partnerships with Enterprise Architecture, technology platforms and engineering teams.
• Define and report KPIs and KRIs covering standards adoption, risk and maturity.
