We are looking for Documentation and Data Management Professionals in support to our client Fusion for Energy for their location in Barcelona, Spain.The successful applicant will be employed by ATG Europe and will be working onsite at our client’s location.

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:

• Supporting the storage, organisation, and access control to documentation;

• Supporting the verification that all documents are stored in the correct place;

• Ensuring that all documents have the correct access rights, as per applicable policies;

• Organising the incoming and outgoing documentation in existing document management systems

• Supporting the control of the application of policies on documentation review and approval;

• Supporting the verification and review of incoming and outgoing documents against technical and quality requirements;

• Monitoring the status of the incoming and outgoing documentation;

• Contributing to the organisation, reporting and action tracking of meetings.

• Supporting the preparation of internal and external administrative documentation;

• Contributing to the preparation of internal reporting, monitoring of KPIs, etc.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, alternatively candidates with vocational training and 5+ years of experience can also be considered;

• Experience in the management of documentation and technical data;

• Experience in the management of documentation and technical data in engineering projects;

• Experience in the application of ISO 30300;

• Experience in defining and/or obtaining statistics and/or KPIs related to project documentation and/or technical data;

• Experience in the development of software applications and/or macros to support the management of data and/or documentation;

• Experience in understanding and responding to customer needs related to documentation and technical data management in a project;

• Experience in data analytics, and in the use of tools such as Power BI and Power Query;

• Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the EU;

• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
