IDOM is seeking a Document Controller to join the Metals & Minerals team, contributing to a pioneering international steel project with offices in Bilbao or Madrid. You will manage project documents, maintain compliance, and support bid activities in a multidisciplinary, technology-driven environment.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years in document management, strong English, and proficiency with Aconex/SharePoint plus MS Office; BIM 360/ACC knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Library Science and Documentation or Information and Documentation.
• 3–5 years of experience in document management.
• Experience with requirements analysis for project deliverables and bid management/control.
• Monitoring the status of documents produced and project documentation handling.
• Experience with registration, distribution, and closure of project documentation; training in Aconex and SharePoint; BIM 360/ACC valued.
• Advanced MS Office skills; knowledge of document management tools valued.
• Ability to work in a team with technical rigour; autonomy and innovative mindset.

We are looking for a Document Controller to join the team of Metals & Minerals to participate in a pioneering international project in the steel industry in Sweden to join our offices of Bilbao or Madrid.

ABOUT YOU

• You have studied Library Science and Documentation or Information and Documentation.
• You have between 3 and 5 years of experience in document management.
• You have experience in requirements analysis in the area of project deliverables and bid management/control.
• Monitoring the status of documents produced.
• Collaborating in the registration and distribution of project documentation, as well as project closure in terms of final documentation.
• Training in Aconex and Sharepoint. Knowledge of BIM 360/ACC will be valued.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of document management tools will be valued.
• Ability to work in a team and technical rigour.
• Autonomy and innovative mindset.
• Advanced English.
