Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Division Manager for its Future Metals Spain unit in Bilbao to drive operating income by leading sales and operations. You will own P&L responsibilities, manage production planning, and ensure on-time delivery, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while guiding a cross-functional team.

This leadership role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution; you will work with senior leadership to advance a 3-year vision and cost-improvement initiatives.

Formación

• 7–15 years of experience in Distribution, Metals, Aerospace or Manufacturing with a mix of sales and operational roles.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience (direct reports).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Distribution experience preferred.
• Metals and/or Aerospace experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Full P&L responsibility for the division, including sales, profitability, overhead and cost control.
• Maintain production planning to meet sales and customer demands.
• Provide leadership to all levels of the organization.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and supply chain to meet production demands.
• Act as technical specialist for internal teams, customers, and sales staff as needed.
• Support sales efforts, RFQs and development requirements for new products.
• Participate in contract negotiations and ensure legal/commercial compliance.
• Monitor performance using metrics and drive continuous improvement and safety programs.
