Future Metals Spain is seeking a Division Manager to lead day-to-day sales and operations with full P&L responsibility. You will drive production planning, cost control, and customer satisfaction while guiding the organization toward sustainable growth.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership (40%) and tactical execution (60%), working with executive leadership to advance a three-year vision. Fluent in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 7–15 years of experience in Distribution, Metals, Aerospace, or Manufacturing with a mix of sales and operations.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience (direct reports).
• Fluent in English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Full P&L responsibility for the division including sales, profitability, overhead, and cost control.
• Maintain production requirements to meet sales and customer demands.
• Provide leadership to all levels of the organization and execute the strategic plan.
• Negotiate contracts, coordinate proposals and budgets, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
