Job summary

HBX Group is seeking a Distribution Performance Manager in Palma to lead a small team of analysts and drive the performance management framework across Wholesale and Retail channels.

You will deliver forecasting models, dashboards, and governance processes to enable senior stakeholders to make informed commercial decisions, focusing on KPI consistency, data quality, and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Performance Management and analytics.
• Experience translating data into business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing dashboards and forecasting models.
• Excel and data visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience leading analysts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the Distribution performance management framework across Wholesale and Retail channels.
• Deliver insightful analysis on business performance, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Translate complex commercial and financial data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reporting suites, and analytical outputs used in weekly, monthly, forecasting, and planning cycles.
• Ensure KPI consistency, reporting accuracy, and robust governance processes across all performance reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Data, and Technology teams to improve data integrity and reporting efficiency.
• Design and implement scalable analytical models, reporting tools, and self-service solutions.
• Automate recurring reporting and analysis processes to improve efficiency and insight generation.
• Support planning, forecasting, target setting, reforecasting, and scenario analysis across key performance drivers, including TTV, revenue, margin, and client overrides.
• Prepare performance review materials and provide ongoing visibility of business performance against targets.
• Monitor and track agreed actions, milestones, and expected financial outcomes, highlighting delivery risks where required.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts, ensuring high analytical standards and effective prioritisation.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, documentation, quality controls, and knowledge sharing.
