JD Logistics is establishing its Madrid dispatch desk to run a 24/7 transportation and routing operation. You will lead the dispatch team and routing analysts, coordinating carrier departures and arrivals across the Madrid network from Day One.

Seeking a data-driven, agile professional with strong TMS and GPS tooling experience, fluent in English and Spanish, and flexible for night or early morning shifts to stabilize the round-the-clock transport network.

Formación

• Experience launching a transport dispatch center in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on with TMS, GPS tracking, and dynamic routing software.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; Mandarin beneficial.
• Ability to work night/early morning shifts for 24/7 operations.
