JD Logistics in Madrid seeks an agile, data-driven transport professional to establish and lead the 24/7 dispatch and routing operation, ensuring seamless middle-mile execution between ports, main fulfillment centers, and last-mile stations from Day One.

You will directly manage the dispatch team and routing analysts, oversee real-time scheduling, coordinate carrier departures and arrivals, and resolve bottlenecks across the Madrid network to optimize cost, timing, and capacity.

Formación

• Greenfield launch experience in a fast-paced transport/dispatch environment.
• Technical mastery of TMS, GPS tracking tools, and dynamic routing software.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.

• Establish and run the 24/7 dispatch and routing operation for the Madrid region.
