Executive Integrity Ltd. in Madrid is seeking a Director of Origination for Corporate Lending to drive growth in a scaling private debt platform.

You will own Spain-wide corporate origination, building a pipeline with mid-market borrowers and shaping a new origination function under founders’ leadership. Ideal candidates bring sound credit judgement with experience in corporate or leveraged finance, and a network among sponsors, lenders, and mid-market clients.

The Opportunity

A Madrid private debt platform has already proven it can connect debt funds, banks and insurers with mid-market borrowers on tickets of €5m to €70m, and it earns across the life of each financing, not only at close. Having moved beyond renewables project finance into corporate direct lending, the founders now want a senior originator they can put in front of the market and hand origination to. This hire decides how fast that book grows.

• Project finance knowledge is useful, not essential
