Ethos is seeking experienced health system operations analysts to help train an advanced language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own patient throughput and service line performance work, and you will create models and briefing materials used by hospital executives.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours, typically 5–20 hours per week, and compensation at $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign with direct ownership of throughput/work.
• Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced health system operations analysts who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for health system operations analysts with 5+ years in hospital or health system operations, care delivery redesign, or healthcare management consulting to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: patient throughput and bed utilization models, care pathway and clinical workflow redesign proposals, hospital service line performance dashboards, payer contract and reimbursement analysis decks, staffing ratio and labor cost optimization models, and quality and patient safety improvement reports.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
