Job summary

Booksy is seeking a Director of Engineering in the Provider Domain to own the technical strategy and delivery for systems used by hundreds of thousands of independent businesses. You will lead end-to-end delivery across 4–5 cross-functional teams, establishing engineering standards and guiding AI-driven transformations.

Qualifications

• Think like a product owner with focus on unit economics, funnels and growth.
• Establish engineering rigor: architecture decision records and standardised processes.
• Embed AI tooling into the engineering lifecycle and measure impact on code quality.
• Lead multiple squads via Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers in a scalable setup.
• English is the company language for business-wide communications.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across 4–5 cross-functional teams.
• Set the engineering standards and architecture decision frameworks.
• Lead our AI transformation of the engineering lifecycle and measure outcomes.
