Ingram Micro seeks a Director, Business Systems – Service Platforms & Automation to own strategy, delivery, and operational excellence for mission-critical systems spanning Zendesk, Gainsight, custom plugins, AI bots, and legacy apps. You will lead modernization and AI enablement to drive measurable KPI improvements and deliver value across Support, Sales, and Operations.

10+ years leading enterprise business systems across delivery, support, and modernization.
Demonstrated ability to tie technology and AI investments to business KPIs and outcomes.
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and vendor leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of platforms including Zendesk, Gainsight, Formscape, custom apps, AI bots, automation, and legacy systems.
Define and execute platform and AI enablement strategy aligned to business outcomes and transformation goals.
Establish an AI vision for platforms, identifying high-value use cases such as agent assist, automation, intelligent routing, and self-service deflection.
Ensure platforms and AI capabilities are secure, scalable, ethical, and operationally sustainable.
Align roadmaps to outcome-based KPIs beyond feature delivery.
