Atida Mifarma is seeking an Operations Director for the Iberia region to own and scale the Albacete fulfilment centre. You will lead warehouse, logistics, and customer service transformation to support double‑digit growth across markets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, system implementation, and a drive to redesign processes for efficiency and service excellence. Reporting to Iberia leadership, you will coordinate with the Group VP Logistics and ensure delivery against ambitious

Formación

8–12+ years in operations with site/plant leadership experience.
WMS/SGA implementation end-to-end experience.
P&L ownership across operations with accountability for productivity and margin.
Background in 3PL/4PL or high-volume ecommerce logistics.
Proven warehouse productivity improvements through design and standards.
Experience managing 50+ FTE and coordinating temporary labor.

Responsabilidades

Own the Albacete fulfilment centre end-to-end: inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
Carry operational P&L: productivity, cost per order, service level, quality and safety.
Size and flex the operation for peaks and lows with labour partners and shift planning.
Oversee outsourced warehouse operations and design SLAs, targets and costs.
Manage carrier relationships and last-mile performance from cost negotiation to delivery.
