• 10+ years in enterprise software with experience in E&U Cloud.
• Hands-on implementation experience from Professional Services.
• Proven track record of designing automation solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the Agentforce adoption strategy for E&U Cloud customers.
• Serve as the primary technical authority on E&U Cloud implementations.
• Engage customers to understand adoption challenges and drive successful outcomes.

Experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity / E&U Cloud)

Hands-on implementation experience
