Luis Parés S.L. busca un Especialista en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales para un puesto remoto, con foco en proyectos de construcción en Vigo y Galicia.

Se exige título universitario en Salud Ocupacional o Ingeniería, máster en PRL y al menos 5 años de experiencia en obra. Se valoran habilidades analíticas, de comunicación e impartición de formación.

Qualifications

• Título universitario en Salud Ocupacional y Seguridad, Ingeniería u afín.
• Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (o equivalente en España).
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en PRL en obra de construcción.
• Conocimientos profundos de la legislación española de seguridad en obra.
• Experiencia impartiendo formación en seguridad.
• Habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas e informes.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interlocución.
• Capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma en remoto.

Responsibilities

• Desarrollar e implementar sistemas y políticas de seguridad para obras a nivel nacional, con foco en Vigo.
• Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos e inspecciones (remotas cuando sea posible).
• Investigar accidentes y proponer acciones correctivas para evitar recurrencias.
• Asesorar y formar a gerentes, supervisores y trabajadores en normativas y prácticas de seguridad.
• Asegurar cumplimiento de la legislación de seguridad laboral vigente.
• Preparar y mantener documentación de seguridad (informes, registros, planes de emergencia).
• Colaborar con equipos de proyecto para incorporar seguridad en la planificación.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre cambios en la normativa y tecnología PRL.
• Promover una cultura de seguridad proactiva.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve health and safety management systems and policies for construction sites nationwide, with a focus on Vigo .
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and site inspections (remotely where possible, or coordinating on-site personnel) to identify potential hazards and recommend control measures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide expert advice and training to site managers, supervisors, and workers on all aspects of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and regional health and safety legislation and standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate health and safety documentation, including reports, records, and emergency plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into the planning and execution phases of construction projects.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in occupational health and safety legislation and technology.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization, encouraging proactive safety behaviors.

Requirements

• University degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (or equivalent official qualification in Spain).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish health and safety legislation and its application in construction.
• Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using safety management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
