Novartis in Barcelona is seeking a Vendor Program Strategy Director - Global Clinical Operations to act as the vendor strategy business partner across the clinical program lifecycle, translating the pipeline into an integrated vendor approach from concept through program closeout.

You will collaborate with Clinical Operations Program Heads, Vendor Alliance Leads, Procurement, Trial Vendor Managers, and other key stakeholders to align vendor needs across programs, anticipate demand and risk,

Formación

• Advanced degree in a scientific or business discipline.
• Significant clinical development and clinical operations experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the vendor program-level business partner for vendor strategy across the clinical program lifecycle.
• Lead development and execution of master vendor strategies, including vendor identification, pricing, selection and risk mitigation.
• Maintain a program-level perspective on vendor delivery, performance, and risk across clinical trials.
