Job summary

AdQualis Human Results is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to take ownership of quality performance in a dynamic automotive manufacturing plant. This high-impact role focuses on stability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, with close interaction with plant leadership.

You will lead the Quality function, ensure IATF 16949 compliance, manage quality issues and escalations, and drive improvements across product, processes, and equipment using core tools like FMEA, Control Plans,
