Job summary

Sodecia in Valencia, Spain, seeks a Quality Engineering Supervisor to lead a 6–10 person team in an automotive environment. The role blends technical quality expertise with people leadership and a strong customer and supplier orientation.

You will drive quality assurance, manage APQP/PPAP, coordinate supplier quality activities, lead root-cause analysis, monitor KPIs and ensure QMS compliance. English proficiency required; Ford quality knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Quality.
• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality tools.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Ford requirements, standards or customer-specific quality processes are a strong advantage.
