Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or related) or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of automotive quality engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and IATF 16949.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities; auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems such as IATF 16949.
• Conduct internal and external audits for quality compliance.
• Analyze production and quality data to identify defects and drive corrective actions.

• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software.
