Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate the Quality function within the plant.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
• Act as a key interface with customers, managing quality issues and escalations.
• Identify risks and drive improvements across product, processes, and equipment.
• Strengthen core quality tools (FMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA).
• Boost process capability and operational excellence.
