Lear Corporation in Valls, Spain, is seeking an E-Systems Quality Tools, Process and IDEA Manager to drive digital quality initiatives across Europe & Africa. You will support and develop quality management tools, lead IDEA projects, and enable teams to adopt digital solutions that boost efficiency, quality, and performance.

The role requires 5+ years in digital solutions or automation, experience with Palantir Foundry/SharePoint, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years developing and supporting digital solutions, BI tools, or process automation.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry, Dundas BI, SharePoint or similar platforms.
• Fluent in English with strong communication; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to lead innovation projects and collaborate across international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, maintain, and enhance digital quality platforms including Palantir Foundry, SharePoint, Dundas BI, and regional tools.
• Lead digitalization and automation initiatives to improve quality processes and operations.
• Develop and implement IDEA projects with measurable business impact across Europe & Africa.
• Design and deploy new digital solutions addressing quality and process challenges.
• Train, coach, and support Quality teams in using digital tools and projects.
• Promote adoption and scalability of regional initiatives across plants and functions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and other teams to identify improvements.
• Analyze business needs and translate into actionable digital solutions and processes.
• Monitor tool performance and ensure reliable support for platforms and apps.
• Contribute to Lear’s digital transformation strategy with innovative technologies.
