Lear Corporation seeks a Manager Software Global Skills Development to lead the global strategy for software skills across the E-Systems Electronics organization in Spain. You will drive capability building, standardization, and innovation while partnering with regional leaders to grow software excellence and business impact.

You will mentor software engineering leaders, harmonize practices across locations, and support talent reviews and career development in collaboration with regional teams.

Formación

• 10+ years managing automotive embedded software teams.
• Automotive software design, development, testing, and build processes (AUTOSAR and non-AUTOSAR).
• Strong ASPICE expertise, including assessment prep and improvement activities.
• Proven track record in innovation and capability development within software engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global software skills development initiatives and define training programs.
• Coordinate regional teams to maintain global standard work products and best practices.
• Develop and mentor software engineering leaders and teams.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement to enhance software development efficiency and quality.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across global software engineering teams.
• Harmonize software development methods, tools, and practices across locations.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and career development.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership, customer groups, and technology teams to address capability gaps.
