NATEEVO is seeking a Digital Project Manager to shape digital strategy and execute across banking platforms from our Barcelona office. You will lead the backlog, own the roadmap, and coordinate data, UX/UI, design teams, and external partners to deliver value.

With 2–4 years of similar experience and fluency in Catalan and English, you will drive user experience improvements while ensuring alignment between business, technology, and design. This permanent hybrid role offers growth and benefits.

• 2–4 years of experience in similar roles.
• Native Catalan and a good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the digital strategy for platforms and products.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog according to business objectives.
• Lead the roadmap and coordinate launch of new features and enhancements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary data, UX/UI, and design teams, and external partners.
• Serve as the link between business, technology, and design to ensure alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement of platforms and user experience, content and performance.
• Analyze KPIs and prepare strategic recommendations for decision-making.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and schedules across parallel initiatives.
