Omada is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the System Integration domain, owning connectivity and data ingestion platforms that connect Omada to customer systems.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure a reliable, scalable integration layer while making strong product decisions in a fast-paced environment. This role supports remote/European candidates.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on IGA/IAM experience in regulated environments.
• Background in product ownership on a B2B SaaS platform or senior IGA implementation consulting.
• Experience in agile delivery with backlog management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate discovery and delivery workflows.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritize the backlog for the System Integration domain, including connectivity and data ingestion.
• Write clear business requirements and user stories for engineering to deliver outcomes.
• Make trade-offs between new connector coverage, platform scalability, and existing integrations.
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and reviews with well-defined backlog items.
• Engage with customers and customer-facing teams to reflect issues in the backlog.
• Communicate roadmap status and priorities to product leadership, sales, and customer success.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate with other product owners.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate product discovery and workflows.
