Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a technical payments specialist to support the LHG and RHG digital payment platform. You will work with PSPs, acquirers, and orchestration platforms to ensure stable, secure processing across channels.

The role requires 5+ years in digital payment environments, APIs experience, and knowledge of PCI DSS and 3DS. Relocation to Madrid is expected with travel up to 20%.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience supporting digital payment solutions.
• Experience with payment service providers, acquirers, or payment orchestration platforms.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or multi-market ecommerce environments.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, PSD2, SCA, and data privacy requirements.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, file-based integrations, or enterprise integration platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Support the technical operations of LHG digital payment platform.
• Act as a technical resource for payment-related topics.
• Investigate and resolve payment incidents with internal teams and vendors.
• Coordinate with PSPs, acquirers, and payment orchestration platforms.
• Monitor payment system performance and drive improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and support onboarding/testing of new methods.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, 3DS, and tokenization.
