Radisson Hotel Group is driving the digital transformation of its payment platform, focusing on SAP Finance and related systems. The specialist will support operation, integrations with PSPs, and testing while upholding PCI DSS and 3DS standards to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Based in Madrid with potential travel, this role requires strong knowledge of payment technologies, incident resolution, and collaboration across IT and business teams.

Formación

• 5+ years supporting digital payment solutions or eCommerce payments.
• Experience with PSPs, acquirers, or payment orchestration platforms.
• Understanding of payment lifecycle concepts and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and optimize the LHG digital payment platform for stable processing.
• Coordinate with PSPs, acquirers, and orchestration platforms for integrations.
• Investigate incidents, support testing, onboarding and certification of payments.
• Maintain technical docs and ensure PCI DSS, 3DS, and tokenization compliance.
• Collaborate with dev, product, finance and compliance teams on payment initiatives.
