Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a business analyst to understand and document complex customer requirements, identify automation opportunities, and support IT product planning based on those requirements.

The role involves producing clear documentation, defining specifications with stakeholders, monitoring market trends, and acting as a bridge between Product Management and technical teams to ensure delivered solutions meet IT strategy.

Formación

• Degree in a related area is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the area.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts in-depth discovery meetings to understand and capture complex business requirements and objectives.

• Support the IT Product Manager in product planning based on customer requirements.

• Act as liaison between Product Management and technical teams to ensure solution integrity.

Job Description

An opportunity for a business analyst in Airbus Defence & Space has arisen in Getafe (Madrid).

RESPONSABILITIES

• Conducts in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on automation.
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible IT solutions compliant with the IT strategy.
• Supports the IT Product Manager in the Product/Service Planning based on the customer requirements.
• Produces documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for the customer.
• Defines and develop the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members.
• Monitors external business trends in order to better challenge the business requirements.
• Serves as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.

SKILLS

• Academic: Degree in the related area
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the area
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience in the area
  • Experience in impact analysis and problem-solving.Knowledge of scientific and technological laboratories
  • Knowledge in english
