Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a business analyst to uncover complex business requirements and recommend automation solutions. The role involves collaboration with product teams and IT stakeholders to deliver aligned specifications.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills, and a background in technical environments. This is an agency/temporary position based in Getafe, Madrid.

Formación

• Bachelor/masters level degree in the relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the area.
• Experience with impact analysis and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of scientific and technological laboratories.
• Knowledge of English.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts in-depth discovery meetings to understand customer requirements with automation recommendations.
• Identify improvements in business processes and IT solutions aligned with IT strategy.
• Support IT Product Manager in planning based on customer requirements.
• Document current challenges, future requirements, and benefits for the customer.
• Define and develop specification documents for stakeholders and product teams.
• Monitor external business trends to challenge requirements.
• Act as liaison between Product Management and technical resources during development and implementation.

Job Description: An opportunity for a business analyst in Airbus Defence & Space has arisen in Getafe (Madrid).

Location: Getafe (Madrid)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on automation.
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible IT solutions compliant with the IT strategy.
• Supports the IT Product Manager in the Product/Service Planning based on the customer requirements.
• Produces documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for the customer.
• Defines and develop the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members.
• Monitors external business trends in order to better challenge the business requirements.
• Serves as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.

SKILLS

• Academic: Degree in the related area
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the area
