Overview

Digital Marketing Ads Specialist German Market (Barcelona)

Location : Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid World Trade Center)

Contract : Full-time, 39h / week,

Salary : 24.310 + up to 4.290 gross / year in bonus

What Youll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor, onboarding new clients and creating high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services to businesses in Germany.
• Understand customer objectives and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Design strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long-term performance.
• Drive campaign growth through upselling and increasing spend.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date client database.
• Handle a high volume of client interactions daily.

Requirements

• Education : BA / BS degree (MA / MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
• Languages : Native or C2-level German + fluent English.
• Experience : 2+ years in sales and / or marketing, with strong client-facing experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver impactful results.
• Experience managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM systems.
