Job summary

Sanofi Group in Barcelona is seeking a Digital Product & Transformation Expert in Total Workforce Management. The role is global and individual contributor, focusing on strategy, governance, and evolution of digital solutions across the product line.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate objectives into scalable, value-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with workforce planning, contingent workforce management, and people analytics.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in HR digital, product management, demand management, portfolio management, digital transformation, or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Strong understanding of Total Workforce Management, including contingent workforce and external labor processes.
Hands-on experience with VMS, HRIS platforms (preferably Workday), and analytics tools such as Visier.
Proven experience in Agile environments using JIRA; Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate demand across the Total Workforce Management portfolio with senior stakeholders.
Drive cross-product initiatives across multiple platforms and functions.
Translate business requirements into actionable product and delivery plans.
Support roadmaps, backlog governance, and prioritization in Agile environments.
Ensure data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with P&C, Digital, Procurement, Finance, and external vendors.
