UST es una empresa multinacional líder en soluciones tecnológicas. Buscamos un Ingeniero de Software/DevOps con 5+ años de experiencia para ayudar a migrar a la nube y aplicar prácticas DevOps en proyectos del sector bancario.

Modelo híbrido en Madrid: 3 días en oficina, 2 días teletrabajo, con posibilidad de reubicación. Entre las tareas destacan onboarding de equipos a nuestra plataforma DevOps, migración de pipelines CI/CD a GitLab, uso de Azure, Kubernetes y Docker, y la creación de

• 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software / DevOps.
• Experiencia práctica con pipelines CI/CD y migración de herramientas (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab).
• Conocimientos de DevOps, flujos de Git y prácticas modernas de entrega.

Responsabilidades

• Soportar múltiples ARTs y equipos en la onboarding a la plataforma DevOps interna y servicios de Azure.
• Conducir la migración de aplicaciones a infraestructuras en la nube con cumplimiento y seguridad.
• Migrar pipelines CI/CD a GitLab y alinear con estándares de la plataforma.

What we look for? We are looking for a Software / DevOps Engineer to play a key role in helping our software development teams migrate to the cloud and adopt DevOps best practices across the project of the client from the banking sector. Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH), Feel free to apply if you are also open to relocation!

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in onboarding to our internal DevOps platform and curated Azure services
• Drive the re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure-by-design principles
• Drive the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements
• Collaborate closely with development teams, educating and enabling them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native development
• Contribute to improving the developer experience by creating templates, documentation, and training materials that simplify platform adoption

What do we expect from you? Software engineer with profound hands‑on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar)

• Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab)
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure services and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Experience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (Nexus, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working in air‑gapped or restricted enterprise environments, where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registries
• Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a strong advantage
• Fluency in English
• Experience working in agile environments (SAFe or similar) and collaborating across multiple teams
