UST in Madrid is inviting a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and drive application modernization and deployment automation. You will design and operate CI/CD pipelines, deploy workloads on AKS/Kubernetes, and manage container platforms across registries and GitOps practices.

The role requires strong observability skills, production support experience, and an English level of C1. Weekly office presence in central Madrid is expected with a flexible remote policy.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Strong experience with GitLab, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, AKS, Nexus, and Harbor.
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, and production support.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools.
• English C1

Role Description

What we look for?

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in CI/CD, Kubernetes, AKS, and Platform Engineering to support application modernization, deployment automation, and production operations.

Required to go to the client's offices in central Madrid 3 days a week.

High english level is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Deploy and operate workloads on AKS and Kubernetes environments.
• Manage container platforms, registries (Nexus, Harbor) and GitOps practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot services using Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.

• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools.

Nice To Have

• Terraform and/or Bicep.
• Azure networking and identity services.
