Job summary

Axelera AI in Spain is seeking a Developer Relations and Community Manager to grow our developer base, build trust in Voyager SDK and Metis, and help shape a vibrant, technical community around Axelera technologies.

You will engage with hobbyists and enterprise engineers on GitHub, forums, Discord, and social channels; plan events and webinars; create technical content; gather user feedback and advocate for community-requested features.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the AI hardware landscape with experience in developer relations in a technical company.
• Credibility within AI/developer communities and a track record with technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating SDK-level and hardware-level detail.
• Comfortable on developer-facing platforms (GitHub, forums, Discord/Slack) and social channels.
• Fluent with modern AI tools and able to judge when human review is non-negotiable.
• Understanding of the software/SDK development lifecycle.
• Maker-space experience with Raspberry Pi, Arduino or related platforms.
• Genuine interest in building a self-sustaining, trustworthy community.
• Creative and strategic thinking to drive engagement and product adoption.
• Analytical skills with data and AI-assisted analytics.

Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: act as the primary contact across platforms; respond to technical questions and moderate discussions.
• Content Creation: develop tutorials, posts, newsletters; use AI tools with human review for accuracy.
• Relationship Building: maintain influencer relationships and power users in the community.
• Event Planning: organize community events, webinars, and meetups tied to launches and industry events.
• Product Advocacy: showcase Voyager SDK and Metis AIPU; gather feedback for product teams.
• Community Growth & Health: grow the community while keeping signal-to-noise high; triage questions.
• Monitoring & Reporting: track engagement metrics and use AI-assisted analysis for insights.
• Open-Source Collaboration: encourage Voyager SDK contributions and coordinate with engineering.
