MONEI is seeking a Technical Merchant Support and Developer Advocate based in Barcelona. In this hybrid role, you will troubleshoot payment issues for merchants and create documentation to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities include debugging integration problems, engaging with the developer community, and writing clear guides. Candidates should have a technical aptitude and excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Experience in technical support or developer advocacy is a plus.
• Able to debug payment failures and integration issues.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Familiarity with payment APIs or fintech is a bonus.
