We are seeking a Demand Planner Manager Spain & Portugal to support our team.

Responsibilities
  • Leads a team of Country planners for both Consumer and Professional divisions, ensuring that the team is adequately trained, that priorities are clear, that planning activities are executed with excellence, following the company procedures
  • Leads Sales and Operations Planning Process for the business unit: consolidates demand preparation and leads the consensus meeting to align sales forecast with company plans
  • Aligns with Central Planning inventory parameter and safety stock strategy and ensures that inventory is accurate in SAP.
  • Ensures a smooth communication in the organization concerning flow of goods and possible supply issues
  • Follows up the Supply Chain Kpi’s and takes action in case of deviation with targets
Qualifications
  • Master or Bachelor in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable
  • 5 years’ experience working in a Supply Chain Management role
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and leading teams, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Deep knowledge in all core SCM processes and Logistics
  • Knowledge of all relevant ERP and Planning systems (SAP, IBP, BI)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
