Amazon España is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large and diverse team at one of our operational sites in Spain. You will promote safety, monitor quality and productivity, and collaborate with managers to standardise shift processes while addressing daily challenges.

You will gain hands-on experience in a global operations environment, focusing on safety, process efficiency, and delivering strong customer service as you guide the team through daily tasks and escalations.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to make sure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels, and business objectives are met across all shifts
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work alongside building and supporting a strong team culture
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes
