Amazon.com in Madrid is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager (FTC) to advise Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and help grow last-mile delivery businesses within Amazon Logistics. This on-site role partners with regional teams to drive safety, performance, and DSP value across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to remove obstacles, monitor DSP metrics, and support new launches, while coaching owners to achieve compliant, safe, and high-performing operations.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading and writing).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience managing third party resources on a regional/national scale.
• Experience managing contingent workforce during peak season.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with data.
• Experience in Operations, Last Mile or account/relationship management in logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Safety: collaborate with OTR Safety and Regional Managers to ensure compliance.
• Performance: guide DSP owners as they scale, ensuring resources for peak periods.
• Performance: onboard new DSPs and prepare for launch (net new launches only).
• Performance: coach owners to run compliant, safe, high-performing companies.
• Experience: identify workflow inefficiencies and drive operational improvements at network level.
• Experience: develop relationships between Amazon and DSP partners and improve sentiment.
• Experience: align communication to DSP owners; advocate for DSP needs within AMZ.
