Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. seeks a Delivery Partner Manager for a fixed-term paternity cover from 15 October 2026 to 31 July 2027. You will advise and operate with Delivery Service Partners to grow last-mile delivery businesses within Amazon Logistics in Spain.

Colleagues will work with OTR, PAR, VAS, Legal, Fleet, and Network Health teams to resolve obstacles, monitor DSP performance, and drive safe, compliant operations. Fluency in Spanish and strong data skills are essential.

Formación

• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience managing third party resources on a regional/national scale.
• Experience managing contingent workforce in peak season.
• Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
• Experience in Operations, Last Mile or account/relationship management in logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Safety: Partnering with OTR Safety and Regional Managers to ensure safety compliance.
• Performance: Guiding owners as they scale their business and manage operational issues.
• Performance: Supporting owners as they onboard to the program and prepare to launch (net new launch).
• Performance: Coaching business owners to run compliant, safe and high performing companies.
• Experience: Identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing operational improvements at the network level and for DSP owners.
• Experience: Developing the relationship between Amazon and DSP partners to improve sentiment.
• Experience: Communicating with DSP owners following collaboration with OTR partners.
• Be the voice of the DSP within and represent them within AMZL.
• Coach and ensure effective upskilling and utilization of tools.
• Deep dive to identify customer metric improvement opportunities.
