Yacht Crew Recruitment & Training (YCRT) in Palma, Spain, seeks a Deckhand for a private 50m new-build support vessel. Start ASAP, permanent contract, with 38 days leave/rotation. The role offers a dynamic schedule as the yacht moves from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean.

The ideal candidate has 1 year on deck, solid tender driving skills, and holds or is eligible for a Yacht Rating or Yachtmaster. A B1/B2 visa is mandatory, and proactive teamwork is essential during a very busy season.

Job Description

We have a fantastic Private 50m new-build support vessel looking for a Deckhand to start ASAP.

The vessel was launched in June and has completed its first successful season in the Mediterranean. Next on the cards is heading over to the Caribbean!

The vessel is looking for a strong Deckhand with 1-2 years of experience and, ideally, solid tender driving skills.

A B1B2 will be mandatory for this position.

The ideal candidate will hold a Yacht Rating or Yachtmaster qualification.

This will be a very busy season with the owner, so the candidate will need to be trusted to be proactive and work well within a team.

Sailing experience would also be a huge advantage for this program.
