Lead Deckhand/Divemaster position aboard a 100m+ private motor yacht currently based in Spain and preparing for deployment. The role requires hands-on leadership, guest diving management, and strong deck operations experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years on large yachts, PADI Divemaster certification, and fluent English. Start date is early October with a structured deck team and long-term stability in a high-profile program.

Formación

• Valid PADI Divemaster certification mandatory.
• 1–2 years on yachts 80m+ in lead/senior deckhand role preferred.
• Experience coordinating guest diving activities and briefings.
• Fluent English required.
• Start date early October and readiness for immediate deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deck team and coordinate deck operations and maintenance.
• Manage guest diving briefings, equipment checks, and dive site safety.
• Oversee dive gear servicing, storage, and compressor duties.
