Yacht Crew Recruitment & Training (YCRT) seeks a Temp Deckhand to join a 70m yacht based in Palma, with a short-term rotation from around September 20 to December 1 and a yard haul-out in October. The role emphasizes good teamwork and a proactive attitude, with preference for candidates currently residing in Europe or holding European passports.

The successful candidate will have deckhand experience and be willing to assist with shipyard tasks such as light painting touch-ups and basic Sika

Job Description

If you're keen for a bit of extra pocket money before Christmas, this could be the one for you!

We have a 70m M/Y looking for a Temporary Deckhand to join the team from 20th September to 1st December.

The yacht will be based at a European shipyard and is planned to be hauled out in October.

We're looking for a Deckhand, ideally with some shipyard experience. Any skills with small paint touch-ups and Sika jobs would be a bonus.

Above all, we're looking for a good person who is eager to help out and can fit into the team well.

Preference will be given to candidates with European passports and those currently based in Europe.
