Lead Deckhand/Divemaster position aboard a 100m+ private motor yacht currently based in Spain and preparing for deployment. The role requires hands-on leadership, guest diving management, and strong deck operations experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years on large yachts, PADI Divemaster certification, and fluent English. Start date is early October with a structured deck team and long-term stability in a high-profile program.

LEAD DECKHAND/DIVEMASTER

100m+ Private Motor Yacht | Based in Greece | Start Early October

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Lead Deckhand/Divemaster to join a 100m+ private motor yacht currently based in Spain and preparing for operational deployment.

This is an opportunity to join a structured large-yacht program with long-term stability and clear operational standards.

Key Requirements

• Available to start early October
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience on yachts 80m and above, ideally in a lead or senior deckhand role
• PADI Divemaster certification (or equivalent) required
• Experience managing guest diving activities: dive briefings, equipment checks, and dive site safety
• Tank filling, compressor maintenance, and dive gear servicing/storage
• Strong understanding of exterior maintenance and deck operations
• Confident in mooring operations and general seamanship
• Solid carpentry/deck background: teak deck repair/caulking, varnish work, minor joinery, brightwork restoration
• Fluent English
• Able to guide and coordinate junior deckhands on deck and maintenance tasks
• Valid diving medical certificate
