Schneider Electric’s Barcelona Digital Hub is seeking a Lead, Digital Customer Experience Communication & Governance Specialist to drive the DCX communication strategy, executive storytelling, and governance across global teams. You will translate complex digital transformation topics into clear narratives for leaders and stakeholders and ensure aligned, timely messages.

- Proven experience leading communications for senior leaders in global organizations.
- Ability to translate complex topics into executive narratives.
- Experience with governance, portfolio reviews, and leadership meetings.
Responsabilidades
- Develop DCX communication strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Create executive narratives and leadership communications assets.
- Support governance processes and leadership reviews.
- Lead engagement with senior stakeholders across regions.
- Leverage AI tools to improve content creation and reporting.
