Cognizant seeks an experienced Data Manager to lead data engineering, architecture and data science teams. You will oversee end-to-end data product lifecycles on Databricks, drive governance, and ensure scalable architectures to deliver high-value insights.

You will manage a cross-functional portfolio, bridge technical work with executive stakeholders and guide AI enablement across the data platform.

Formación

• 8+ years in data engineering/architecture/science with 3+ years in leadership
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Databricks, Spark and Delta Lake
• Proficient in SQL and Python
• Experience designing semantic layers and optimizing pipelines for BI (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with data governance, MDM and Unity Catalog
• Agile project management with multi-stakeholder environments
